Have you ever notice how beautiful it can be in the Fall! I look forward every year to all of the wonderful Fall colors we have in our area. I hope you can get out this year and experience all that the Shasta area has to offer. A drive up Castle Lake Road in the Fall is like a trip to Vermont, at least we like to think so.......

Nice Trout Don!! Don sure did enjoy his first experience on the McCloud River. I would have to say, He did great especially for a beginner. We were a team out there, Team Trout! Way to go Don your my SIZZLER OF THE WEEK!
Shasta woke up to see what all the noise was about! "oh just another fish caught, I'm back to sleep!"
Bill enjoyed his visit too, and plans to return whenever he can. I enjoyed fishing with Bill and hope that theres more dry fly fishing on his next visit. Most of the trout were caught on small nymphs.
