The trout are doing better since the last 5 spills by Union Pacific into the Sacramento river. U.P. Engineers still throw their water bottles out of the train's windows into the forest and their metal and waste can be found throughout my course down the river, especially along the banks...Clean up your crap U.P.! We've been over this before...jt

EMAILS FROM YOU:

Hi, My husband has done fly fishing quit a bit in the past and has not been for a while. I am looking for a location with gear that he may not have available to rent. I don't think he is looking for a guided tour or instruction. What do you have available for someone who has not been in some time. Thanks,

Penny Torres- Service Assistant

Jack, How does Monday June 4th and Tuesday June 5th look for you or your guides? I am thinking of driving up from SF on Sunday evening. Fishing McCloud on Monday, maybe Upper Sac Tuesday and driving home Tuesday evening. Probably just two people. Feel free to call me, or reply by email. Thanks,

Steve Webber

Jack,

We're good to go. Please confirm Sat. 6/30 (full day) and Sun. 7/1 (half day )

we'll need to be off the river by 2pm to make our drive home to the Bay Area.

Now what about dinner spots? I'll call or my friend, Frank Kalcic will contact you

In the morning

Jack Holliday

Ok- so I have full clearance for a Saturday 6/2 outing. Let me know what you need from me. I will likely be camping at Sims. So hopefully we can meet there in the morning.

How was the weekend? Scott Smith

Hi there. My friend and I are driving up to Dunsmuir from the Sacramento area on Friday night, May 18th. We were interested in maybe hiring a guide for the next day, Saturday May 19th to fish the upper Sac. Do you have any availability for that day, and if so, what are the rates? Thanks in advance.

Ben Korbin

Jack: need to know about the first week in June, whats available, looking for two consecutive days between the 4th and the 8th. Tom Shaddox
Jack,

Patrick, Nathan and myself have not stopped talking about our trip. It was an adventure! Thank you for everything. Please dont forget to e-mail me the pictures you took of Patrick and Nathan with the fish they caught. They are anxious to get the pictures from you.

Thanks

Paul Reyes

Jack Any openings on a friday to hit the sac?

Larry Masula

Hey Jack,

Thanks for the exposure on your site, it looks great. I wanted to personally thank you for your support and commitment to stewardship of the Upper Sac and surrounding rivers and waterways.

Hi Jack,

Thank you very much for the great day we had together, Friday May 11, 2007 on the upper Sac.river. My brother and I have fished a lot of rivers in California and outside the state, nothing compares to the trip we had with you. What a fun ride down the upper Sac. hooking sizzling wild trout the whole way!!! You proved we don't have to leave the area to get a great fishing adventure right here in the north state. Jack, you have a sovereign touch when it comes to river rafting and fishing the north state rivers. We look forward to booking more trips with you in the future. Thanks again for an outstanding quality adventure.

Rob Ostrander, Mount Shasta, Ca.
